Frantz Ward LLP Announces a Dedicated LinkedIn Page Focused on Marijuana Law and Policy
The question of whether to legalize Recreational and Medicinal Marijuana will be on the ballot in November. Now is the time to become educated in the numerous issues created by this potential change to Ohio laws.
In April of this year, Frantz Ward announced that it had created a Marijuana Law and Policy group to study and analyze the effort to legalize marijuana in Ohio. That effort is ongoing and the group has already met with businesses in Ohio who are concerned or interested in the various issues arising out of this proposed momentous change to Ohio law and policy.
The circumstances surrounding the possible legalization in Ohio and other states change on a daily basis. For that reason, Frantz Ward has created LinkedIn page for the Marijuana Law and Policy Group where members of the Frantz Ward team provide insight and analysis.
