A Union Civil Contractor focusing on Public Infrastructure and Site Construction.  They currently employee an office staff of approximately 20 people and a field staff of approximately 60 people.  They are a multi-faceted contractor with extensive expertise in the areas of underground utility construction, earthwork, paving - asphalt & concrete, maintenance services and emergency services.

Price Builders & Developers, Inc.

Price Builders has been serving the construction and building maintenance industry for over 15 years.  They have three divisions: Construction, Supply, and Consulting, that can help owners and clients with their projects.  Our Construction Division is providing General Contracting, Construction Management, and Construction Administration services.  Our Supply Division is an authorized distributor with five different manufacturers providing such items as concrete waterproofing additives, bioremediation products, disinfectants, and cleaning products.  Their Supply division can also source materials for projects as needed.  Their Consulting Division works with other small businesses to help them in their growth through training and education.  Price Builders is a 100% minority owned firm with both local and national certifications including but not limited to Cleveland MBE, Ohio EDGE, and Department of Transportation DBE.  Additionally, through their Consulting Division they work on strategic teaming among other minority owned business and corporate business so that everyone can succeed as a group.

Sitetech Inc. also specializes in industrial and commercial demolition.  From Topcon GPS assisted precision grading to earth moving, land clearing and rock excavation, our high quality work shows through the professionalism and customer-focus of our experienced and safety-aware employees.

RAR Contracting Co., Inc. (Affiliate Member)

RAR is a trucking company that supplies ready mix concrete, aggregates, construction material, sand and gravel.  They do site restoration and asphalt along with hauling out demolition debris and snow plowing.
