Getting Workers in Ohio Difficult

Filling construction jobs in Ohio is becoming difficult for the state’s general contractors, a new report shows.

In a survey of 1,358 contractors nationwide — including 26 contractors in Ohio — 86 percent said they are having trouble filling available construction positions. That is up from 83 percent last year and 81 percent in 2013, said the Associated General Contractors of America, authors of the report.
